Restorative (Flow) 

A flowing sequence of postures held for longer periods of time with focus on stillness and deep breathing. This class is suitable for all levels and aims to provide both physical and mental relaxation aswell as stress relief.



Vinyasa (Ashtanga) 

Influenced by the traditional Vinyasa sequence as taught by Krishna Pattabhi Jois with some elements from BKS Iyengar early teachings. Also known as Ashtanga Yoga.   "Yoga Chikitsa"
